The proposed sale would be its first US investment-grade debt offering in more than nine years, as technology companies seek funding for AI investments.
Mintive raises $7 million seed round for enterprise AI agent management
Cowboy Ventures led the round, bringing total funding to $11 million. Mintive says it has more than 50 enterprise customers.

Mintive, a startup developing tools to manage enterprise AI agents, announced a $7 million seed investment led by Cowboy Ventures. The financing brings the company's total capital raised to $11 million.
Other investors include Hustle Fund, Coatue and Operator Collective. Individual backers include OpenAI co-founder Andrej Karpathy, Okta co-founder Frederic Kerrest and Jeff Dean, a Discovery Loop co-founder and former Google Chief Scientist.
The company says its platform lets IT teams control which cloud services agents can use and which actions they can take. Its tools also route requests among AI models, limit costs, manage agent identities and permissions, and monitor agents throughout an organization. Enterprises can also build agents to carry out long-running tasks.
Mintive says more than 50 enterprise customers have adopted its product since its February launch. Customers include Modern Treasury, Ro, Coursera, the University of Michigan, Stability AI and Apax.
CEO Jiquan Ngiam founded Mintive with CTO Vijay Vasudevan. Ngiam was Coursera's founding engineer before working at Google Brain, where Vasudevan helped create TensorFlow. Cowboy Ventures managing partner Aileen Lee said the founders' industry experience helped persuade her to invest.
