Wonder takes step toward public listing with confidential IPO filing
The food delivery business raised more than $650 million in July at a valuation of around $9 billion. Offering size and pricing remain undisclosed.

Food delivery startup Wonder said on November 5, 2026, that it had submitted a confidential IPO filing. Neither the number of shares to be offered nor an anticipated pricing range has been disclosed.
The move follows a July fundraising announcement in which Wonder said it secured more than $650 million, valuing the company at around $9 billion. Its backers include ARK Invest, AllianceBernstein, GV and Accel.
Marc Lore established Wonder in 2018 and has previously outlined his intention to pursue a public listing. The business operates food hall-style sites that let diners choose from multiple restaurant brands using one platform. Wonder prepares meals and provides dine-in, pickup and delivery services.
Expansion plans call for more than 100 locations in Texas by the end of 2027. Acquisitions have added meal-kit provider Blue Apron, delivery platform Grubhub, media business Tastemade and robotics company Spyce to Wonder’s operations.
A partnership worth $425 million with DoorDash is intended to grow Wonder’s campus dining operation, which serves 450 colleges, universities and other locations. The company also offers Wonder Create, an AI-based platform for food entrepreneurs and social media influencers to develop restaurant concepts, brands and dishes.
