Daytona Platforms said on October 23, 2026, that it had secured $60 million in Series B funding, valuing the New York-based cloud startup at $1 billion. FirstMark Growth led the round.

The company put its cumulative funding at $91 million. FirstMark also led Daytona’s $24 million Series A in February. Participants in the latest financing included Samsung Next, Okta Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures, according to Daytona.

Daytona also named individual investors including Patrick Collison of Stripe, Tobi Lütke of Shopify, Eric Yuan of Zoom and Aravind Srinivas of Perplexity. Other participants included Olivier Pomel of Datadog, Brendan Foody of Mercor and Adam D’Angelo of Quora, who also serves on OpenAI’s board.

Founded three years ago, Daytona is developing cloud infrastructure for long-running agents. Founder Ivan Burazin said in a blog post that agents generate thousands of brief, stateful jobs requiring infrastructure different from conventional cloud services. He described Daytona’s platform as providing each agent with its own computer, offering sandboxed Linux, Windows and macOS environments, as well as GPUs and other services.
