Regulatory filings show that Michael Intrator, CoreWeave’s CEO, and entities associated with him sold more than 10 million shares worth nearly $1 billion following the AI cloud company’s initial public offering.

The sellers included Omnadora Capital, for which Intrator is managing member, and two trusts. Selling started about two months after CoreWeave shares reached their record high in June 2025.

All but roughly $40 million of the sales followed prearranged trading plans, which set schedules for executives’ share disposals and do not necessarily indicate their assessment of the business. The remaining sales covered taxes due on stock that had vested.

The transactions came during an expansion of CoreWeave’s data-center operations and increased purchases of Nvidia chips to serve demand for AI computing. The Nvidia-backed company built a revenue backlog exceeding $129 billion.

In August, CoreWeave lifted its forecast for annual capital expenditure to between $35 billion and $39 billion. Investors have expressed concerns about its spending and the borrowing required to finance it, amid growing bets on interest-rate increases.
