JetBack, Junova and Refare pursue refunds or credits for passengers, but changes to airline policies could limit their services.
DoorDash reports limited ordering activity from outside AI agents
CEO Tony Xu estimated the total at several hundred orders and said advertising inside third-party agents could become an opportunity.

DoorDash CEO Tony Xu put orders originating from outside AI agents at perhaps several hundred in total, telling analysts on its third-quarter earnings call that customers still overwhelmingly use the company’s app. Agents sending orders include Muse, Instinct and Fo.
That activity compares with an average daily delivery volume of 3 million, a figure DoorDash disclosed in its 2025 report. Xu said the company is seeking to understand more uses for agents and establish relationships with the businesses developing them.
Xu also suggested DoorDash could eventually have an opportunity to place advertising within outside agents. He described the technology as an area that continues to change.
DoorDash has meanwhile rolled out its own tools. Ask DoorDash, a chatbot introduced in June, supports orders using photos and prompts. A CLI agent followed in July, with a text-to-order agent arriving in September. DoorDash also introduced an MCP allowing corporate customers to order through other chatbots.
Other retailers differ in their treatment of shopping agents. Amazon has blocked personal agents, whereas Walmart has welcomed them as a way to attract business away from rivals.
