The startup says it has exceeded $2 million in annual recurring revenue and serves more than 30 enterprise customers after beginning sales in April.
AT&T agrees to $2 billion sale of Mexican business
Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings will buy the unit through an equally owned consortium, with closing expected in the first quarter of 2027.

AT&T said on October 13 that it had agreed to a $2 billion cash sale of its Mexican business to a consortium of Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings. The U.S. carrier is narrowing its focus to fiber and 5G networks in its domestic market.
The transaction requires Mexican regulatory approval, and AT&T expects it to close in the first quarter of 2027. Televisa and Fintech each hold 50% of the purchasing consortium.
The cash price is subject to adjustments, with additional contractual and contingent benefits. Funding will come from available cash and secured debt financing on a non-recourse basis.
Televisa said AT&T Mexico was the country's second-largest mobile operator, serving approximately 24.7 million subscribers as of December 2025. The business generated 2025 revenue of 85.4 billion pesos, while operating income totaled 1.4 billion pesos.
AT&T said its third-quarter 2026 SEC filing will place the Mexican business in the held-for-sale category within continuing operations.
