Capgemini raised its full-year outlook on October 30 after third-quarter revenue increased 12% to €6.07 billion. The French IT consulting company now targets 2026 revenue growth at constant exchange rates of 9.0% to 9.5%, compared with its previous range of 8.5% to 9.0%.

CEO Aiman Ezzat said growth in the quarter exceeded analysts' expectations and was faster than the sector's. He said clients were focusing demand on changes to their data systems as they adapt their businesses to artificial intelligence.

Bookings reached €5.40 billion, an increase of 3.4%. Britain and Ireland recorded the strongest growth at 25.2%, followed by North America at 18.3%. France posted growth of 4.9%, marking its second consecutive quarterly increase.

Capgemini is targeting fourth-quarter growth of 3% to 4%. Ezzat said that outlook reflected earlier acquisitions becoming part of the comparison base, rather than a weakening in demand. The latest revision was the company's second increase in its 2026 guidance.
