Inter Miami CF unveiled their new home jersey, the "Euforia" kit, for the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) season in a high-profile Super Bowl commercial featuring global football icon Lionel Messi. The advertisement aired during the Philadelphia Eagles' commanding 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. In the commercial, Messi donned the striking two-toned pink jersey while showcasing his skills by juggling an American football and executing a precise kick through the goalposts.
The official debut of the "Euforia" kit occurred on February 9, 2025. However, prior to this, Argentina's president, Javier Milei, had already given fans a sneak peek on social media. Milei shared a video of himself receiving the jersey from Inter Miami co-owner Jorge Mas, adding to the anticipation ahead of the official unveiling.
In 2025, Inter Miami will sport the "Euforia" kit as they compete in four major tournaments: the Concacaf Champions Cup, Leagues Cup, MLS, and the Club World Cup. Fans can look forward to seeing their team don this jersey at their new home ground, Miami Freedom Park, set to open in 2026.
The "Euforia" kit could mark a significant moment in Lionel Messi's illustrious career as it may be the last club jersey he wears while playing for Inter Miami. His current contract with the team is set to expire at the end of the 2025 MLS season. While there is no certainty regarding his future with Inter Miami beyond this period, Jorge Mas has expressed optimism that Messi will continue with the club through 2026.
Complementing the "Euforia" home jersey is Inter Miami's "Fortitude" black away kit, which will be utilized in upcoming matches. The dual-kit strategy aims to provide players with high-performance apparel suitable for various match conditions.
