CNBC Pro LIVE Set to Launch at New York Stock Exchange

CNBC Pro is gearing up for its inaugural event, CNBC Pro LIVE, scheduled for Thursday, June 12, at the historic New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). This invitation-only event is open to CNBC Pro subscribers. Attendees will have an invaluable opportunity to interact directly with cutting-edge examples from the industry and network together with other investors.

The event promises a great agenda full of action! Famous CNBC market experts like Carter Worth, Dan Niles and Dan Ives will host hands-on, interactive Pro clinics. These clinics have been specifically developed to provide practical intelligence and actionable strategies that will equip investors to thrive and succeed in today’s daunting and dynamic market landscape.

To continue with the theme of the event, we’ll be featuring a special edition of Pro Talks. World-famous market strategist Tom Lee will join us for this fascinating session! His expertise will provide attendees with a deep dive into today’s existing market trends and investment opportunities.

The best part of the evening? A VIP cocktail hour on the legendary trading floor of the NYSE. By choosing this setting, we underscore the historic significance of this event. As part of this partnership, it creates unique in-person networking opportunities between CNBC experts, talent, and other subscribers. Participants will have an opportunity to share knowledge, discuss solutions and develop relationships with other members of the impact investment community.

This year’s event takes place on the heels of many new and different debates surrounding monetary policy. Traders have been betting on multiple interest rate cuts from the Federal Reserve this year. Recent developments, including the announcement of tariffs by former President Trump, have heightened concerns about a potential global trade war. This has had a huge effect on economists’ predictions of growth and inflation.

And just like that, traders are materially recalibrating their expectations! The probability of a 50-basis point cut in Jun has surged from 15.9% to 43.8%. Traders are all in on at least four rate cuts this year. Just that one day, the probability of five quarter-point cuts increased from 18.3% to 37.9%. Analysts are predicting that this is the cut the Federal Reserve will move forward with. If they do, the maximum nominal federal funds rate may only reach 3.00% to 3.50%.
